Who we are
Americans for Fair Markets is an advocacy organization made up of companies, researchers, policymakers, and public-interest advocates who believe prediction markets are a legitimate, useful, and uniquely American financial innovation — and that they deserve clear, consistent, federal rules that protect consumers and preserve integrity. We are making the case for responsible regulation, against blanket bans, and for the freedom of American adults to make their own choices.
